2009 Track Team Break Six School Records!

This quiet group of Kingston athletes, unassuming, and humble, broke 6 school records without much notice or publicity. However, this is one of the biggest years for records (especially on the girl's side), with 6 school records going down in the history books. While Track and Field doesn't get the publicity other sports get, these athletes have put their names as the best in KHS history. This is not to be taken lightly: for decades, athletes have competed and aspired to great success. These 2009 athletes are truly the best KHS has ever seen...the watch and the tape don't lie!

Congratulations Letter Winners

One of the toughest sports to letter in. A long grueling season, which usually ends with some sort of tendonitis, shin splints, or muscle fatigue. For those who endure, however, they become physically and mentally tougher than what they were before the season; they become a stronger person. They have accomplished something few students could do, and something most students don't want any part of. To those of you who finished this season, congratulations! To those who were able to finish the season, consistantly finish practices, and score at meets or invitationals, you have earned one of the toughest letters there is to earn at Kingston High School.
